Epic 25: Numismatic Numidians

This is the story of Epic 25 from Realms Beyond Civilization. You can see the scenario setup there. In brief, the Numidians (Carthage) may not research, may not build research buildings, and must make lots of money.

The only plan I had going in was to expect not to have Pottery available, and also to send out many warriors to seek huts to try and grab early techs like that and Bronze Working.
